                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A FINAL CHANGE
                   ORDER ON CONTRACT NO. SS-1-93, DOWNTOWN
                   STREETSCAPE - MARKET STREET AND SECOND
                   STREET EXTENSIONS, WITH RIVERBEND
                   CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION, WHICH CHANGE ORDER
                   INCREASES THE CONTRACT BY THE AMOUNT OF
                   TWENTY-EIGHT THOUSAND, THREE HUNDRED EIGHTY-
                   NINE AND 40/100 DOLLARS ($28,389.40), FOR A
                   REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT OF EIGHTY-ONE
                   THOUSAND, ONE HUNDRED SIXTY AND 60/100
                   DOLLARS ($81,160.60).
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized a
       final Change Order on Contract No. SS-1-93, Downtown Streetscape 
-
       Market Street and Second Street Extensions, with Riverbend
       Construction Corporation, which change order increases the
       contract by the amount of $28,389.40, for a revised contract
       amount of $81,160.60.
